Uninstall and reinstall Handicap System Web Edition

Once in a while a customer using Handicap System Web Edition will find that double clicking on the shortcut to the Administrator Panel does not bring up the login form, but an error message about your firewall instead. If you happen to be one of those customers, please follow these steps:

Uninstall Handicap System Web Edition Administrator Panel

1. Click on the Start button at the lower left corner of your monitor and select Control Panel
   
   
2. In the Control Panel select "Uninstall a program"
   
   
   
   
3. In the list of programs on your computer, locate "Handicap System Web." You may have more than one. You need to uninstall every instance.
   
   
   
   
4. With "Handicap System Web" highlighted, click on the "Uninstall" button. If you have more than one instance of Handicap System Web," you will need to uninstall one instance at a time.
   
   
   
   
5. Confirm that you want to remove the program
   
   
   

Reinstall Handicap System Web Administrator's Panel

1. Log into your GolfSoftware.com account
   
   
2. Click on Link 1 (orange circle) to reinstall. If clicking on Link 1 reinstalled the Administrator's Panel, you are finished.
   
   
3. If Step 2 (clicking on Link 1) failed to reinstall the Administrator's Panel, only then click on Link 2 (blue circle)
