Putting video on your website
Neither our Website Builder or Website Designer site creation tools have the feature to upload video files. But that won't stop you from putting video on your website created using either one of our tools.Website Designer:
Link - by far the easiest thing to do is upload your video to somewhere like YouTube.com. Then link to it.
Embedding - upload your video to somewhere like YouTube.com and copy the embedding code. Create an html document with other software and put the embedding code into the html. Upload html file to Website Designer.
Website Builder:
Link - by far the easiest thing to do is upload your video to somewhere like YouTube.com. Then link to it.
Embedding:
- upload your video to somewhere like YouTube.com
- Create a new page of the Blank (Single Area) type
- Copy the embedding code from YouTube.com where you uploaded your video
- Paste the embedding code from your video into the html code of your new page (In the Editor for this page, click on Advanced tab and then on the HTML tab - <> - at the bottom left corner). Paste between <body> and </body>
